MailPerch Affiliate Program — Terms & Policy
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your participation in the MailPerch affiliate program ("Program"). By applying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not apply. We may update these terms; continued participation means you accept the changes.
1. Eligibility & approval
- Applications are reviewed manually. Acceptance is at MailPerch's sole discretion, and we may decline any application without giving a reason.
- You receive a referral link only after your application is approved. Holding a MailPerch account does not by itself make you an affiliate.
- You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to receive payments in your country.
2. Commission structure
- Whole-platform referrals: 25% recurring commission on the subscription revenue of customers who sign up through your general referral link.
- List-cleaning referrals: 20% recurring commission on customers who purchase through your list-cleaning referral link.
- Commissions are calculated on the net amount the customer actually pays (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts).
3. Holding period & payouts
- Each referral has a 30-day holding period that begins when the referred customer first joins and pays. This protects against refunds and fraud.
- After the holding period, commissions are paid at the end of each month, automatically, for as long as the referred customer remains a paying MailPerch customer.
- If a referred customer cancels, downgrades, refunds, or charges back, the related commission automatically stops (and unpaid or clawed-back amounts may be deducted).
- Payouts are made once your balance passes the minimum threshold. Amounts below the threshold roll over to the next month.
4. Payments
- You choose your payout method (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, or bank/wire transfer) in your affiliate dashboard and are responsible for providing accurate payout details.
- You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you receive. MailPerch may request tax information where required by law.
- MailPerch is not liable for fees, delays, or losses caused by incorrect payout details you provided.
5. Acceptable conduct
To protect our deliverability and reputation, you must not:
- Send spam or unsolicited email, or promote your link to people who have not opted in to hear from you.
- Use cold outreach, purchased/scraped lists, or any non-consented contact methods to promote MailPerch.
- Self-refer, create fake accounts, or generate fraudulent or incentivized signups.
- Bid on MailPerch brand terms in paid ads, impersonate MailPerch, or use our name/logo in misleading ways.
- Make false or exaggerated claims about MailPerch, its pricing, or its results.
- Offer unauthorized rebates, coupons, or cashback in MailPerch's name.
6. Suspension, removal & withholding
- MailPerch may, at any time and at its discretion, discontinue payouts, suspend, or permanently remove any affiliate who violates these terms, harms our reputation, or engages in fraud or abuse.
- We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with violations, fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.
- Removal ends your right to future commissions. Commissions tied to genuine, still-active, compliant referrals already past the holding period will be honored unless they are connected to the violation.
7. Relationship & liability
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of MailPerch, and may not bind MailPerch to anything.
- The Program is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, MailPerch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation.
8. Termination & changes
- Either party may leave the Program at any time. You may stop promoting and request closure of your affiliate account.
- MailPerch may modify the commission rates, holding period, thresholds, or these terms with notice; changes apply going forward.
